How This Works

1. Customer workflows are documented in Notion's Document Hub with category "Customer Process"
2. /sync-customer-workflows fetches and converts them to local markdown
3. Each customer gets a folder with an index showing all workflows, status, and measured outcomes
4. Results/findings from analyses (e.g., Pulse output) are stored as separate -results.md files
