- Approved documents represent agreed-upon strategic direction. Reference these for decision-making.
- Draft documents are work in progress — strategic decisions are still pending. Do not reference for final decisions.
- Reference documents are inputs (co-founder vision, working docs) that inform the approved strategy. They are not decisions themselves.
